This fragrant balsamic vinegar has a hint of apricot, floral notes of golden-ripe Japanese plums, and the luscious, sweet-tart characteristics of our aged white balsamic from Modena Italy. Ume means plum, and boshi refers to the process of pickling the plums in vinegar. Umeboshi plums have been used for over thousands of years as a curative. It pairs well with the following oil: Persian Lime, Lemon, Garlic Blood Orange, Basil and Ginger & Black Garlic Olive Oil and our Toasted Sesame Oil.
